Our dynamic layout supports set design and customization for projects of any size, from intimate scenes to large productions. The scale of the space makes it possible to have multiple green rooms, shooting spaces and production offices all in one place. Several entry points allow trucks to pull into the compound and unload on premise. The buildings have open floor plans with easy load in from a variety of access points. There is 400-amp power in the studio building and 100-amp power in the courtyard and bungalow. There is a catering kitchen in the Bungalow which makes craft service and mealtime a breeze. 57 Windward allows a seamless production experience allowing you to focus on content creation that comes in on time and on budget.
